Start adding the job title you need to fill, you will find an auto-complete list where more than 60,000 thousands job titles exist in SupportFinity’s job board.
Then for the job description, you will be able to choose a job description template from SupportFinity’s database, it has thousands of ready job descriptions to choose from.
The automated Job Descriptions is not the only automated feature! after selecting the job title, you will be also able to see the top skills that match your job are already added for you! You will be able to use them, change them or completely delete them!

When you enter the job title, years of experience, location, and number of experts needed, the algorithm will automatically determine the salary for this position. Salaries on SupportFinity are estimated for more than 180 countries.
This powerful feature helps hiring managers with hiring budgeting.
For example, if you want to hire a Python Developer in India at entry experience level, the salary will be displayed immediately, as shown in the screenshot below.
Step 3: Click on Go to summary
After specifying all your job post details, click on “Go to summary” to finalize your job AD.
You can make a hiring list! (Optional)
With this option you can add other jobs to make a hiring list, the importance of a hiring list is that managers and multiple teams can manage and fill many positions at the same time.
You can also share your hiring list with your co-workers before publishing any job.
Step 4: Publish your job post!
Finally, Publish your job Ad on our dashboard by clicking on “Publish All”.
Step 5: Your job is now live!
After publishing your job post should be visible within 12 hours of creating your job ad after a quick review from SupportFinity admin teams.
